Friends of Powell's (FoP's)
The Powell’s School Parent Teacher Association (PTA), known as Friends of Powell’s (FoPs), plays a vital role in enriching our school community. Each academic year, FoPs organises a vibrant calendar of fundraising events that help enhance school life, builds community spirit, and creates lasting memories for our children.
Meet the Current FoPs Committee:

- Trustee: Helen Cooper
Committee Members:

- Victoria Tudor-Thomas
Update July 2025: This year marks a significant transition. Carrie Coupland, Victoria Jarvis, and Ruth Savage who have each dedicated the last four years to FoPs and will be stepping down at the end of this academic year. During their time, they have helped raise an incredible £100,000 for the school.
Looking Ahead: We Need You!
From September 2025, Kym Rutterford and Jayne Lumley will take on the lead roles in the committee. However, FoPs needs more hands-on deck. We’re looking for new members to step into supporting roles and help wherever they can.
The work FoPs carry’s out is invaluable, but it’s only possible with the help of parent volunteers. Whether you can lend a hand occasionally or take on a more active role, your involvement matters.
Get in touch, get involved, and help us keep FoPs thriving!
