Values Award

Powell’s Values Tree Award

Children are rewarded throughout the term for making a special effort to show the value that is displayed on the ‘Values Tree’ in Reception. This value changes termly but always links with our Christian ethos.

Each term we rotate the value in focus, our core values that we rotate termly are:

Perseverance

Creativity

Respect

Generosity

Thankfulness

Prizes are given at the end of term to the boy and girl in each Key Stage with the most ‘leaves on the Values Tree’.

In addition to this a weekly award is given in the Key Stage 1 Celebration Assembly to the child in each class who has made an outstanding effort to demonstrate the value of the term.

Each child that receives this special award will take home our Values Toy for the weekend and a special certificate in recognition of their excellent effort.
